There is a common saying that “timing is everything,” and as the last fourth quarter of 2014 drifts into history, the number of potential buyers contacting STG in November and December wanting to close a deal “before the end of the year” was noteworthy. We sadly must advise them that in most cases there is simply not enough time to professionally complete a procedure that is so complex.
